About me
Hi, my name is Maddie Warren and I’m a natural wellness bodybuilder, former IPF Team Canada powerlifter and an Online Fitness Coach with a passion for helping others build both mental and physical strength while becoming confident in their own skin.
My fitness journey began just over 4.5 years ago when I set a goal to lose 40lbs and feel happier about myself. What began as a goal to simply be happy and healthy turned into a deep love for lifting weights and pushing myself my hardest to continuously improve and learn what I am truly capable of.
The gym became my “happy place” and my “safe place” where I learned the power of discipline and found confidence.
Throughout my journey, I’ve achieved several milestones including winning the Canadian Powerlifting Union (CPU) Western Canadian Championships in 2021. Placing second Place at the 2022 CPU National Championships and competing for IPF Team Canada at the IPF Sub-junior and Junior World Championships in 2022. I also competed in the Canadian Physique Alliance (CPA) 2024 Vancouver Naturals Bodybuilding show where I won first place in my class and came second overall in the Wellness division. But my biggest achievement? Helping others transform their lives.
However, my journey has been far from perfect. For several years, I struggled with the binge and restrict cycle. After going to therapy and making an effort to change my mindset around food, I have developed a healthy relationship with food.
As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach, I’ve worked with many clients ranging from complete beginners stepping foot in the gym for the first time to advanced athletes including a CPU Powerlifting National Champion in 2024. I help them build strength, improve their mindset, and heal their relationship with food. I specialize in creating custom fitness and nutrition programs that are not only effective but realistic for each individual’s lifestyle and preferences. My coaching philosophy is rooted in helping people embrace their inner strength while building a healthier, more confident version of themselves.
